Return & Size Exchange Policy

Return Policy
If you find any problem with your product, you can return or exchange it within 3 days of receiving your order — as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and with full packaging.

Size Exchange
You can change the size within 48 hours of receiving your order.
A delivery fee of 30 MAD will be charged by the shipping company — they will collect the old item and deliver the new size to you.

💡 Important:
If the mistake in size or a manufacturing defect is from our side, we’ll cover all costs for replacement or return.
